Marketing Communications Manager Acquia
We are looking for an excellent writer and communicator with strong project management skills to support the expansion of our Marketing team. This position plays a critical role in a fast-paced organization, and the candidate needs to be prepared to manage projects independently from planning through tactical execution as we tell compelling stories about Acquia?s customers. This position is based in our Burlington, MA office.
What You Will Be Doing
Identifying customer success stories and working with customers to share those stories through various marketing and communications channels
Developing high-quality customer assets including case studies, videos, and presentations that support sales and marketing objectives
Working with the marketing and communications teams to plan, prioritize and successfully engage customer support for activities including launches, campaigns, events, etc.
Optimizing core operational processes to ensure exceptional service as well as activity tracking, effective program management, and accurate reporting
Monitoring and reporting reference trends, usage, participation, and traction against goals to assess successes and opportunities
What Skills are Required
5+ years of customer marketing and/ or customer public relations experience
Proven ability to work with senior executives on content development and engagement in marketing activity
Experience supporting marketing campaigns and delivering marketing assets including case studies, videos, and sales tools
Excellent writing and editing skills
Experience translating technical information into meaningful business benefits
Strong project management skills with focus on delivering results
Excellent communication, critical thinking and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, problem-solve and perform well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor?s degree with a concentration in communications, public relations, journalism, or marketing preferred.
Periodic travel is required
