Position Summary:
The Marketing Communications Managers responsibilities will encompass developing and implementing marketing communication projects that include sales material development, advertising campaign creation and public relations support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Includes the following but other duties may be assigned.
Develop marketing communications launch plans for new products and services.
Create collateral materials and sales tools including PowerPoint Decks, one-sheets, and brochures.
Creative concept development, writing, editing and proofing through the production and post production phases of all corporate communications to ensure consistency and adherence to strategic messaging and established goals and timelines.
Manage the brand and brand image in all communications, ensuring consistent messaging and imaging across collateral, presentations, websites, PR devices and internal communications.
Create communications materials for use in internal training programs.
Participate in the development and execution of direct marketing programs including online campaigns, direct mail campaigns and other lead generation activities.
Manage internal and external resources to develop and create websites, Flash designs, advertising copy, etc.
Participate in the development and execution of PR plans and tactics.
Oversee event strategy and participation.

Must be detail oriented and organized.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong project management skills.
Education and/or Experience:
4-8 years of Marketing experience.
Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related preferred.
Previous online advertising experience a huge plus.
Computer Skills:
Strong MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
Strong Internet research skills.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and stoop, kneel, or crouch.
