Join Turn, a growing start-up in the rapidly evolving ad tech industry. Based in Redwood City, Turn is looking for an experienced Marketing Communications Manager to join our team.
Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications and Brand Management, we are looking for a self-starter and independent thinker with a track record of delivering results. You will be responsible for a wide range of marketing projects. You?ll interact with the sales, product marketing, product management, and others across the company to develop sales tools including collateral, presentations, as well as web content while being a steward of the Turn brand.
What you?ll do.
Create and manage integrated communication and marketing materials, such as collateral, advertising creative, and presentations, while maintaining strong corporate branding in both tone and look and feel.
Ensure deadlines, project goals, and duties are met while working with cross-functional groups.
Working with Product Marketing, create materials that align product messaging to brand/messaging goals and overall marketing strategies.
Oversee writing, graphics, and production to ensure they are all in line with Turn brand standards
Establish and maintain open lines of communication with all members of the marketing including international teams.
Report weekly on the status of deliverables, identifying roadblocks that will prohibit tasks from being completed and recommending strategies to remove those roadblocks
Manage vendor partnerships to ensure receipt of deliverables and maximize value of the relationships.
Bachelor?s degree and 5 years experience in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
Demonstrated strong marketing strategic and creative thinking (benefits marketing/customer orientation)
Excellent oral and written communication.
Ability to operate in a fast pace working environment and meet critical deadlines while juggling multiple projects at one time.
Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment and communicate across position levels.
Effective project management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to manage products to their successful completion under tight timeframes while keeping all stakeholders informed of progress.
Graphic design training a plus. Computer proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Apple Keynote, a plus.
Agency background a plus.
Self-motivated, confident, energetic, and creative thinker.
