About You:
Skylight Healthcare Systems is seeking a creative Marketing Communications Manager with strong experience in marketing communications who possesses outstanding writing skills in addition to a passion for helping to improve the patient experience through enabling technologies. This person will help advance Skylight?s hard-earned position as the leading provider of Interactive Patient Care Systems. You will work with the Skylight Director of Marketing and the Executive Team to create and execute innovative and effective marketing programs that promote Skylight?s ability to help health care organizations meet patient engagement and quality goals.

Responsibilities:
The Marketing Communications Manager position requires a ?hands-on? approach to all aspects of promoting the Skylight story. This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing but will work closely with other senior managers.
Excellent writing skills an absolute must.
A strong background in marketing communications, promotions, graphics, etc. in a technology related field is a must. Healthcare experience?clinical, device, diagnostic, pharma, is a plus.
Responsible for executing all aspects of the corporate marketing plan including lead generation programs, PR program, data sheets, web pages, success stories, newsletters, white papers, and other collateral as needed.
Function as our in-house PR firm creating press releases and briefing reporters and analysts. You will also work with subject matter experts to write, edit and publish interesting materials, and work with customers to writing press releases, case studies and testimonials. Also will work to target and secure speaking engagements for Skylight senior executives.
More than anything, Skylight is a company devoted to impeccable customer service. Our clients require a family of in-house promotional and ?how-to? materials that are also requirements of the position.
Additional Duties Will Include:
Conceiving and executing public relations and communications initiatives.
Conducting market research (collect, analyze and report results).
Coordinating marketing communication projects and campaigns.
Providing Web site content and production support.
Management and coordination of all company trade events.
Create content for social media initiatives.
Responsible for supporting Skylight?s annual Client Conference.
Requirements:
Must have marketing experience with a software/technology or healthcare related company.
Experience in marketing directly to an executive level in healthcare is highly desirable.
Excellent writing skills an absolute must.
A strong Marketing Communications background is required.
Strong working knowledge of design suite including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; plus MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Must be prolific and able to advance multiple projects from inception to completion, on time and on budget.
This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and a ?whatever-it-takes? perspective.
Event planning is a must.
Travel is minimal, but must be willing to travel if needed.
Maintain consistency with corporate brand standards across the continuum on company materials.
Effectively produce and coordinate all marketing communication tools (brochures, data sheets, direct mail, tradeshow panels, promotional materials, presentations, web, etc.) including writing, artwork, printing, mailing and tracking.
Educational Requirement:
Bachelor?s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field required.
