The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for the production of marketing assets for the Intel Services Division (ISD). You're an experienced project manager and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up-like environment with multiple priorities. A high degree of organization and keen attention to detail are critical characteristics of the Marketing Communications Manager, in addition to the ability to exercise creativity in meeting challenging deadlines. The ideal candidate also possesses excellent communication skills and is comfortable managing vendors and budgets.
Join Mashery, as part of the Intel Services Division Marketing team, to produce leading-edge marketing program assets and establish marketing best practices that support and help grow the business. The Marketing Communications Manager will join a high-functioning team, and report to the Marketing Communications Director. The mandate of the Marketing Communications team includes content development, asset creation and creative execution to support marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness and drive lead generation for ISD. As a key member of the team, the Marketing Communications Manager will own the content and asset production schedule aligned with the brand strategy and plan, manage content creation and sharing, and be the main point of contact for vendors in asset development. You will work across marketing with the Demand Generation, Integrated Marketing and Events, Product Marketing and Corporate Communications teams while partnering closely with the Senior Designer and Customer Marketing Program Manager to ensure the creation and use of marketing assets.
Project management of marketing calendar (including content and asset development, production, deployment and lifecycle)
Content sharing strategy ownership (repository, process)
Marketing department lead in collateral management and key point of contact for all of Mashery
Work with team leads and management on strategic planning as needed
Bachelor degree required, Masters preferred
3-5 years of marketing or advertising production experience, either in-house corporate or agency production
3+ years of program/project management with superior project or program planning and prioritization skills and knowledge of project management methods, practices and software
3+ years of vendor and contractor management
