We are looking for three (3) talented Marketing Communications Managers to support our VDI, Workstation and Enterprise Software solutions. As a Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for providing product line support for marketing program strategy, sales support and channel support. This position requires tight integration with product management, sales, customer support, and product development to ensure that all marketing collateral and programs accurately reflects features & benefits from each user persona & perspective.
A key role of the Marketing Communications Manager is to help manage external product positioning, messaging, collateral as well as the full library of sales enablement materials. This position will be the expert on Teradici?s products, the market, our customer list, and competition and be able to translate this knowledge into high-impact materials that clearly communicate the value of our products to the marketplace.
Co-develop and implement messaging platforms that clearly position Teradici and workstation portfolio in the marketplace.
Develop and implement go-to-market plans of new products & releases and manage the cross-functional implementation of the product launch plan.
Establish and maintain a close marketing relationship with key OEM customers and strategic partners for collaboration on new product launches and joint-marketing programs.
Work with media & analysts to ensure PR coverage in print and online.
Be the expert on the target audience, how they buy and their buying criteria.
Be the expert on competition ? value propositions, key messaging, market positioning.
Create high-impact internal and customer-facing materials that clearly communicate the value and unique advantage of our products.
Develop vertical-specific content and materials to better reach target industries that highlight the value proposition of the workstation solution.
Develop website content to drive sales through clear, high-impact company and product information.
Develop and manage product collateral including datasheets, whitepapers, case studies, and technical documentation.
Develop and manage sales tools including sales presentations, ROI calculators, needs analysis tools, scripts, letters, and positioning documents.
Develop and manage customer marketing/reference materials including case studies, customer videos, and customer profiles.
Develop the strategy and manage the marketing programs that drive demand.
Coordinate closely with product management, sales, design, and the web team.
Analyze and capture marketing campaign performance metrics & ROIDeliver effective presentations and product demonstrations as needed to support analyst, partner, and prospective customers.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in marketing or product management, product launch or marketing campaign management
5 - 7 years of writing/editing technical, B2B, and technology material, preferably within the enterprise IT industry segment
Proven track record aligning product line strategies with overall corporate strategy and goals
You must be a great writer with experience developing high-impact sales materials for a successful enterprise software company
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of establishing credibility with key customers, and business partners, sales, customer support and development
Experience in developing effective and creative product marketing collateral, such as web content, data sheets, and white papers
Strong project management, leadership, training & sales support skills
Effective time-management, organizational, and leadership skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of PCoIP technology, remote workstation challenges and enterprise-level IT solutions would be an asset
