Marketing Communications (Marcom) Manager Clinicient
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are looking for a dynamic, highly motivated Marketing Communications (MarCom) Manager who is a strategic thinker, loves to roll up his or her sleeves and get things done and deliver against the goals of a broad team of internal and external stakeholders. The position will help with a range of MarCom activities; including lead generation and campaign management, developing compelling communications assets, helping manage and maintain our website, supporting our social media and PR efforts and more.
This position requires hands-on creative talent backed by the interpersonal and organizational skills necessary to bring a project from idea to fruition. The successful MarCom Manager will have extensive marketing writing and project management skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with marketing teams to produce clear, consistent and compelling marketing campaigns, presentations, advertising, and other materials as requested to generate awareness and demand, support customers, and project a positive brand image.
Execute against marketing, demand generation and associated launch plans; ensures key deliverables are launched and marketed successfully and on time
Maintain lead programs to ensure and measure appropriate lead counts, including lead nurturing programs and offer development
Organize, track and manage all marketing communication projects. Communicate status updates to key stakeholders.
Responsible for managing vendor relationships and negotiating effectively to secure services
Ensure company, product positioning and role-based messaging are articulated appropriately throughout various marketing materials
Responsible for executing on all collateral and sales tool creation, work cross-organizationally to write compelling copy, direct design and layout with design resources, and manage production and posting accordingly
Play a leading role in managing the website, including blog posts and content calendar, driving the design, navigation, and content for the companies web properties.
Manage trade shows and events, produce signage, event collateral and promotional materials.
Produce monthly and quarterly marketing status and lead reports
Manage customer communications including announcements and newsletters
Supports press, industry and influencer relations; actively participate within Clinicient and industry social media venues to amplify market listening, identify industry trends and contribute to conversation
SECONDARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Participate in development of annual departmental budgets and operational plans
Ad hoc projects as requested
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
5 ? 7 years of marketing communication experience in B2B, healthcare or technology field preferred.
Possess up-to-date skills in digital marketing, brand, creative and content development and campaign management.
Experience with marketing automation, CRM and website CMS management (non-technical) preferred.
Excellent organizational skills and able to effectively establish and manage multiple priorities.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
Experience using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, as well as basic ?level HTML experience a plus.
Bachelor?s degree in business administration, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience and understanding of healthcare, EMR, Practice Management, Revenue cycle and/or SaaS-based BPO a plus.
