MarkMonitor is seeking a marketing communications specialist who can manage a wide variety of MarCom projects for both digital and print; including collateral, email campaigns, sales tools, promotional materials and website production. The ideal candidate will have experience in copy editing and proofreading as well as trafficking a wide variety of MarCom projects.
Ensure efficient project management and trafficking for all MarCom projects
Ensure quality standards are met for all MarCom deliverables; includes proofreading, copy editing and maintaining design consistency
Prepare creative briefs as needed and maintain MarCom production timelines
Coordinate website production, including localized websites
Administer outbound email campaigns; including coordination of campaign assets and approval cycles, loading lists, testing and scheduling sends, creation of simple html and text-based emails and managing opt-out requests
Print production coordination to produce printed materials and advertising specialty items; including coordination of outside vendors, providing detailed project specifications, trouble shooting and re-directing vendors as necessary
Communicate project schedules to appropriate internal clients
Administer MarCom assets (collateral, graphics, signage, promotional items, etc.)

2-3 years marketing communications experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated on-time/on-budget project coordination skills and ability to work successfully with creative professionals (writing, design, graphics in both print and digital)
Experience with marketing automation systems required, Eloqua a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and process-oriented, with the ability to balance shifting priorities in a fast-paced work environment
Strong project management skills
Attentive to detail and committed to quality; ability to maintain high standards of accuracy and consistency across multiple media
Ability to develop relationships across departments; a team contributor
Ability to work independently to achieve results in a deadline-driven environment
A self-starter, with the ability to keep projects on track by working closely with internal organization and external vendors, trouble-shooting as necessary
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint required
Experience in marketing enterprise software and SAAS solutions; experience with non-IT audiences a plus
