Marketing Communications Sr. Manager Workshare

Responsible for all corporate communications and marketing activities in North America. The Marketing Communications Sr. Manager is responsible for the development and execution of corporate communications and marketing encompassing; media relations, analyst relations, customer communications and internal communications support, event management and most importantly lead generation.
Works with the CMO, Product Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Engineering to identify, develop, and execute effective corporate communications and marketing activities in support of HQ and the regional country revenue and margin objectives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Content creation, lead generation campaigns and management
Provide the regional markets with guidance on corporate communications activities including messaging and tone for internal and external audiences?
Provide writing and editing support for all outbound communication including all promotional materials, website content, case studies, sales PPTs,
product marketing, competitive reviews
Develop, drive and execute effective lead generation programs including PPC,SEO
Develop and execute event program for North American market including logistics and content development
External PR agency management
Act as point of contact to external PR agencies and PR distribution agencies and act as HQ coordinator
Drive pro-active press coverage, develop and execute on media outreach strategies for business, personal finance and vertical media
Write media pitches, press releases, presentation of fact sheets, advertorials and by-lined articles
IT Analyst and Opinion Formers Relations
Maintain and improve relations and communications with shareholders and financial professionals and institutions
Monitor changes and trends in NA market and determines appropriate strategy in conjunction with the CMO
Reporting and Management
Conduct regular reporting reviews with regional heads to measure ROI from external agencies, marketing campaigns including but not limited to PR, e-marketing, events and other strategic initiatives.
Customer Insights and Reference Program
Gain explicit approval from customers for use of logo
Develop customer community that can be recorded (video) for verbal and written references across all segments
Displays excellent project planning and budget planning skills
Proven ability in developing, implementing and managing Corporate Communications and marketing in, complex distributed organisations
Thorough understanding of working across a broad range of communication channels and advising senior management of communication issues and actions
Thorough knowledge of English with excellent writing, grammar, proof-reading and editing skills
Proven track record of working in an international marketing environment
Proven ability to work in a virtual team setting
Excellent prioritization skills
Diligent and results orientated
Strong presentation skills
Team player, strategic thinker, with strong problem-solving skills
Adaptive to change in a fast-paced environment
Must be creative, detail-oriented, responsive to direction, and receptive to feedback

Some travel required for closing sales as well as industry and partner events. (30%)
