Job Description
Consultants work one-on-one with clientele to guide them through each step of their marketing, from strategy to set up to execution.
Responsibilities include:
Consulting with clients for a set number of hours per month
Assisting clients in devising a content marketing strategy based on their business goals and available resources
Equipping the client with a snapshot of their communication goals, and suggest measurements
Being attentive to the efforts the client should take to achieve their communication goals
Providing links to additional external resources for further information
Additional Responsibilities:
SEO analysis at a basic/elementary level
Background research on clients. Industry research/analysis
Critiquing & presenting ideas for promoting a Facebook fan page
Writing industry blogs as well as press releases for PRWeb & Media Lists
Helping clients increase the number of Twitter followers and Facebook fans & their engagement
Creating a content plan, teaching client how to combine that with unplanned content
Provide an interpretation of our software?s analytics feedback
Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of social media marketing and content strategy, as well as press release writing and experience pitching traditional media outlets. Knowing what it takes to make a campaign go viral is essential.
Ability to handle demanding clients while still helping them make the most of their Vocus product
Top notch time management skills
Creative thinking & ability to contribute to brainstorming meetings.
working knowledge of most Vocus products, PRWeb
This position is full time onsite and salary is commensurate with experience.
