Marketing Consultant Kapost
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Kapost is looking for a passionate and experienced strategic marketing professional to join our Customer Success team as a subject matter expert in marketing and content marketing. You will be customer facing and work in both pre and post sales stages, tasked to assess and educate on marketing trends and best practices. As an integral part of our customer on-boarding process, you are expected to build a deep knowledge and understanding of the Kapost application and our on-boarding process, develop and deliver workshops on operational best practices, and otherwise communicate with marketers and marketing executives.
Ideal candidates will have background or experience in content marketing, be comfortable leading workshops and be excited to join the company with the leading content marketing software platform in the market.
Success will be measured based on project quality & throughput, engagement metrics upon project completion and satisfaction scores. You will also be measured on the team?s customer renewals metrics.
Provide sales prospects a strategic assessment on their content operations practice and pitch Kapost services offerings and approach.
Develop content for customer workshops and deliver workshops to customers as part of their on-boarding experience.
Evaluate customer requirements / needs, and how they match up with the Kapost platform.
Define for customers their success criteria for leveraging Kapost. Develop a complete understanding of the Kapost platform.
Act as a trusted advisor to customers by assisting them in utilizing cutting-edge marketing techniques
Develop and share internally knowledge and expertise on B2B marketing industry best practices. Increase the adoption of proven best practices.
Help to educate the broader market and promote Kapost?s role as leader in the content marketing platform industry.
Act as a business partner, continually looking at ways to improve the Kapost service program to guide customers to success.
Required Skills/ Experience:
5+ years demand generation marketing experience in high tech company, preferably in cloud / saas space.
Experience consulting or leading business application implementations for mid-market and enterprise level customers at senior management level.
Experience leading workshops, webinars or other educational settings.
Problem solver excelling in articulating problems and creating structure / definition around uncertain, complex and/or ambiguous business situations.
High energy, passionate with a great attitude.
Teamwork skills a must, ability to lead and manage resources
Experience with enterprise software applications such as CRM, SFA, Eloqua, Marketo, and adjacent marketing software a plus
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Must be a quick learner, self-starter and have the ability to work with minimal supervision in fast-paced environment
Four year university/college degree required
