The marketing coordinator?s primary role is to ensure that marketing initiatives are met, and coordinated to meet the expectations set forth by the marketing department. This position would be involved in every aspect of marketing as it relates to development of the brands and services and supporting the marketing communications campaign for the corporation.
Coordinate and manage a variety of marketing projects relating to advertising, email campaigns, events, public relations, website, promotions plan, reporting and interpreting results using online tools and technology
Work with the team to create and develop campaigns, programs and initiatives to support our customer base, potential customers and internal audiences
Work with the Graphic design team to meet the overall marketing objectives set forth by the company
Manage Email Marketing System and initiatives with direction and guidance from management
Event coordinator and completion of conferences, events trade shows, round tables, webinars
Follow up with all marketing activities to track success of marketing initiatives.
Work with Marketing Management to maintain procedures and marketing guidelines throughout the organization
Manage and create reporting to assist marketing management as needed for all events and campaign results.
Tracking of SEO/SEM Campaigns
Social Media Management
Assist the business unit to meet its objectives
Additional responsibilities and tasks as necessary
Years of Experience:
Bachelor's degree in related marketing or equivalent work experience
MS Office (Strong Excel and PowerPoint), CRM, CMS, EMS, HTML experience is a plus, Adobe Creative Suite and design experience is a plus.
Strong emphasis as a team player that thrives in a team environment and presents themselves in a polished professional manner.
Ability to work in a changing team environment, as well as independently, with efficiency, accuracy and professionalism.
Strong organizational skills, must be able to multi-task, handle multiple priorities and changes in priorities with a professional demeanor.
Strong Technology skills.
Ability to communicate effectively and courteously with people at different levels within the organization and across multiple cultures and countries.
Possess effective verbal and written communication skills.
Must be flexible and resourceful in resolving problems and providing solutions.
Preferred - Experience both in small-shop or startup organizations as well as more established and structured corporate environments.
Preferred - Domain experience in manufacturing
Able to work independently in a fast-paced, often-changing, result-oriented environment
Strong organizational and writing skills
Strong interaction with other departments
