Marketing Coordinator ClearCube

Responsibilities:
The Marketing Associate will be responsible for the following:

- Manages image library, including taking images and videos. Manages any printing necessary, including receiving quotes. Fulfills Marketing Requests sent by the Sales Team, which includes building folders and/or shipping demo equipment. Responsible for maintaining appropriate inventory lists for marketing
- Marketing Collateral
o Managing image library
o Tracking & maintaining the currents slide presentations
o Printing: getting quotes and getting hardcopy printed
o Managing collateral inventory
o Fulfilling Sales Team requests: building folders, shipping
o Proofing and editing success stories and press releases
- Responsible for many Sales Teams Communications.
- Produces PR Summaries for the Sales Team. Formats and sends Sales Tips to the Sales Team as well. Manages Eval Programs, which includes gathering contact information and managing any logistics.
- Sales Team Communications:
o PR Summary produce email to sales team with links to the press release
o Partner & Sales News letter (coordinate with the managers for content)
o Sales Tips format and produce as needed (content from others)
- Responsible for making sure the Lead Generation gets captured in SFDC.
- Lead Generation follow up:
o Support the marketing manager on the creation of email blasts for events
o builds email lists and maintain the SFDC database for marketing
o moves captured leads into Sales Force
- Creates campaigns for events, news, downloads and email campaigns for events. Builds email lists. Moves captured leads into Salesforce.


Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical, planning an creative skills
- Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written and presentation.
- Ability to manage external resources with project based tasks.
- Excellent organization skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
