Marketing Coordinator CallCopy
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing various marketing projects and processes related to content development and corporate branding (marketing collateral, email, web and social media). This position requires tight interaction with CallCopy's sales and inside sales teams.
Ensure successful marketing campaigns by working with Marketing team to ensure proper messaging, timely/accurate reporting, on-budget execution, and maximized performance.
Draft and review compelling copy for marketing collateral, press releases, websites, social media, etc.
Write, review, format, distribute and track email campaigns, targeted to both clients and prospects.
Assist in maintenance of CallCopy website, including writing and reviewing copy.
Develop compelling content for our corporate blog.
Assist in the accurate, timely input of data captured from all marketing campaigns into CRM system.
Assist in the preparation and follow up for events and trade shows.
Support sales team by preparing materials for client presentations as needed.
Well-rounded, hands-on experience with all facets of marketing.
Experience writing B2B content.
Ability to work with all levels of management and all functions of the business.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and independently.
Ability to maintain organization, creativity, and professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in professional social marketing development (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter).
Basic understanding of HTML (Web updates, email creation).
Strong knowledge of database management (Salesforce.com is preferred).
Experience with marketing automation tools (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, etc. Marketo is preferred)
1-3 years of experience in a corporate marketing environment, preferably B2B.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
