Marketing Coordinator Convercent
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Convercent is looking for a self-starting Marketing Coordinator eager to play a significant role in the development and execution of Convercent?s B2B marketing efforts. By assisting marketing team members in all aspects of demand generation, content marketing, database management, event coordination and communications, the Marketing Coordinator will develop and hone a breadth and depth of marketing proficiencies while contributing to a growing, fast-moving company with big goals for ourselves, our organization and our customers. This position reports to the Senior Manager, Demand Marketing.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:
Content Strategy, Development and Editing
Proof existing and develop new marketing content, including emails, landing pages, website copy and blog posts.
Develop understanding of ethics and compliance market and identify opportunities for new content and campaigns.
Facilitate collection, distribution and promotion of customer success stories to internal stakeholders, prospects, other customers and the market at large.
Marketing Campaigns and Programs
Help brainstorm and execute nurture campaigns to increase conversion rates and sales opportunities.
Facilitate closed-loop reporting and results analysis of marketing programs.
Assist with planning, execution and results reporting for live and virtual events.
Execute pre- and post-event communication strategy.
Coordinate tradeshow efforts and logistics, including preparation and shipping of onsite materials.
Research potential leads and lead sources based on Convercent?s persona and industry analytics and sales priorities.
Help ensure data integrity and health, including lead attribution and list segmentation.
Marketing Communications, Public Relations and Social Media
Monitor Convercent social media accounts and industry discussions.
Assist with drafting and proofing press releases, byline articles, award nominations and more as needed.

B.S./B.A. degree required
2-3 years of experience in marketing role
Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
Strong project management skills and experience
Ability to work independently with limited direction in a fast-paced environment
Adaptability to changes in roles and responsibilities
High-energy positivity and flexibility mixed with an eagerness to learn and a passion for professional growth
Experience in B2B software, SaaS and/or startup environments
Experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation software (Marketo, Eloqua, etc.)
Experience with webinar software (WebEx, GoToWebinar, ReadyTalk, etc.)
Basic HTML and/or design knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) an added plus
