Responsibilities:
Work closely with the executives to drive a variety of marketing activities - marketing research, search marketing, online advertising, online video advertising, social media marketing, email marketing
Coordinate trade show marketing activities, marketing programs for HireClix and clients
Participate in client calls, meetings and idea generation for new marketing programs
Update content on websites to help drive SEO and Strategic content value
Provide support to client marketing programs
Follow up with sales team for lead contacts from marketing campaigns
Use email distribution program and sales automation software (Salesforce.com) to create and edit client and prospect database
Qualifications
College degree and 0-3 years experience in a admin, coordinator or organizing role (e.g. marketing, coordinator)
Deadline-oriented, problem solver with the ability to work independently
Organized, detail-oriented, conscientious, resourceful, and always looking for the next thing to do; a team player
Love providing great customer service and possess a professional demeanor but also have a sense of humor
Comfortable with computers, office software, and trying to “figure out” solutions to challenges.
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies and software
Prior experience with Salesforce.com preferred
Prefer candidates with online marketing experience, use of Facebook & LinkedIn is also important
Experience with office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Illustrator, iMovie, Final Cut Pro/Express
