Marketing Coordinator - Graphic Design Real Match
About the Job
RealMatch has an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to support our corporate and channel marketing and graphic design efforts. The focus of this role will includes managing the creation and development of turnkey marketing tools for our affiliate network including brochures, web content, presentations, display advertisements, videos and more.
A successful candidate will be a self-starter who is proactive, resourceful, and able to easily multi-task. We are looking for an energetic individual who has a passion for marketing and wants to accelerate their career while contributing to success of RealMatch.
Note: Graphic Design experience and command of Adobe Creative Suite is required.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and supporting collateral to be used by our affiliate partners including brochures, print and display ads, videos, etc.
Manage customer communications including developing content and distribution of monthly customer newsletter and other periodic updates
Develop promotional material related to sales incentives, contests and other programs offered to affiliate partners
Update customer support website with new marketing tools, help, and other related information
Analyze usage of marketing materials and other tools provide to affiliate partners including soliciting feedback to help improve affiliate marketing programs
Conduct periodic marketing audits to ensure affiliates are adhering to best practices in terms of marketing and promotion of RealMatch supplied products and services.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related degree.
2-3 years progressive marketing and communications experience for a B2B company, specifically managing marketing programs in the high-tech / online industry
Must have experience managing development of marketing collateral including print and digital ads, brochures, sales sheets, and email content
Outstanding writing and visual skills, with the ability to adapt communications to different audiences
Prior experience managing graphic designers in collateral development
Displays creative mindset and ability to work in an organized manner
Ability to effectively communicate and interact with various levels of management
Good project management and the ability to handle a wide range of concurrent activities
Very responsive, with a customer-centric approach and the ability to serve a wide range of needs within the organization and at all levels
The ability to work effectively under pressure and make decisions independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Layout and design experience a plus
Experience and working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and HTML design
