THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are currently seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team of professionals in Mesa, AZ. Travel is required. This position is a temp to hire position.
Provide administrative support to Sales and Marketing departments with necessary tasks, including but not limited to: word processing, editing, proofreading, assisting in production of RFP, RFI or sales proposal responses, setting up and facilitating meetings, booking travel, and providing support for sales demonstrations.
Editing, printing and production of miscellaneous MS Word or MS Excel documents in a timely manner.
Coordination of delivery with FedEx and carrier pickups, labels, and shipment tracking for upcoming demos.
Maintain and update Marketing Project Log for bi-weekly Marketing status meetings.
Assist Proposal Coordinator(s) and Proposal Specialist(s) with RFP, RFI or sales proposal production.
Spiral bind materials for use by Marketing or Sales.
Book and coordinate staff airfare, hotel and car rental for upcoming sales demos.
Maintain counts of collateral and brochures and replenish when necessary.
Create Outlook and GoToMeeting meeting invites and facilitate upon request.
Update sales presentations using MS PPT or Prezi.
Manage production material inventory and ordering process. Anticipate possible trouble areas and propose practical solutions to problems as they arise during the process.
Maintaining and updating prospect contact lists in Excel and Salesforce.com for use in outbound sales and marketing campaigns.
Coordination assistance for the annual user?s conference and various other company events.
Assist with planning and coordination of tradeshows and events, including performing booth set-up and attending certain events (travel required).
2+ years in a Coordinator role providing support for multiple departments/personnel.
Excellent communication skills (oral and written) to ensure team participation, cohesion, and results.
Ability to prioritize assignments and to accurately assess time needed to arrive at a quality product.
Ability to multi-task in an organized and timely manner.
Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.), and Adobe Acrobat and strong reading comprehension and writing skills. Microsoft Project experience is desired.
Ability to travel to attend tradeshows and conferences.
High School Diploma or GED, Bachelor?s degree preferred.
