Reporting to the Director of Ad Sales Marketing, the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for contributing to the success of marketing, advertising campaigns and product management initiatives for the company.
Manage campaign executions for clients
Request creative elements from design and copywriter
Coordinate creative approvals with agency and client
Work with product team to launch campaigns on time
Build campaign recap presentations to highlight successes of campaigns
Coordinate with product team to discuss new remnant opportunities and work with design and site marketing to determine best marketing strategy.
Work with Account Executive and design on client mockups for RFPs and sales meetings
Maintain sales presentation with most up to date product offerings and research numbers
Manage communications and sponsorship tracking for Sales Marketing Department
Execute conference sponsorships and client events, coordinating the creation and delivery of all signage and materials, premiums, food and beverage.
Work effectively with co-workers, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner
Track and update the sales team on competitors and industry news
Listen to and objectively consider ideas and suggestions from others
Keep others informed of work progress and honor commitments to meet timetables
Address problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions
Other duties as assigned
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing or related discipline
Passion for online gaming and advertising sales
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or equivalent role
Strong project and time management skills with a proven ability to influence others
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and proven ability to multitask
Ability to prioritize, communicate with department and execute on schedule
Familiar with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word a plus
