Sitrion, as a new member of the NewsGator family will add social collaboration to it?s product line of employee & manager self service apps. With this offering we will be shaping the future of how people interact with SAP driven business processes at anytime and anywhere.
We are looking for a marketing professional who will thrive in a fast-paced environment in our growing company to assist with the management of marketing programs and lead processing. The qualified candidate will manage CRM and marketing automation systems for a global sales and marketing team, execute on programs to reach new and existing customers, and expand revenue growth within our existing customer base.
Develop and manage offline and online marketing programs to generate new sales leads and nurture existing leads
Lead event and tradeshow strategy and execution, including developing staffing guidance
Represent our company outside of the office by attending external events
Program fulfillment and tracking elements including landing pages, offers, logistics, staffing, sourcing contacts, list segmentation, reporting and budget management
Work with the sales team to ensure that they are briefed on marketing programs and have the right tools to follow up as required
Analyze campaign outcomes and present results clearly; act on insights to make decisions and optimize/refine programs
Complete other duties as assigned to meet company goals
Desired Skills & Experience:
Creative problem solving and self-starter with a bias towards action and getting things done
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain attention to detail
Strong negotiating skills with vendors emphasizing that they ensure the highest quality and on-time delivery
Excellent writing skills, including copy writing and proofreading
Amazing team player with the passion to learn and contribute
Ability to work flexible hours based on events ? including daytime, evening, weekends as needed with travel up to 20%
Experience in marketing operations and B2B demand generation in enterprise software, working on a variety of marketing campaigns
International marketing and start-up software company experience a plus
Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce.com and marketing automation systems
HTML knowledge and skills
This is full-time position based in Denver or New York City. The role reports to the Director of Marketing and requires working collaboratively with the marketing, sales and other teams in the organization.
