Manager, Corporate Marketing
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinate and support the Marketing department by tracking sales, lead, and digital property data; maintaining promotional materials inventory; coordinating meeting and trade show materials and campaigns; maintaining databases; and preparing reports. Support additional Marketing activities, projects and sales support functions as requested by Manager, Corporate Marketing.
?Implement marketing campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
?Project manage and support identification of sales campaign needs, create timelines and assign responsibilities to build campaign infrastructure, collaborate with sales and marketing stakeholders to begin scheduling and deployments of campaigns through Marketo, Google Analytics, and other data platforms.
?Manage lead scoring and lead nurturing model.
?Tracks sales and costs by analyzing and entering sales, expense, and new business data based on established metrics.
?Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales, lead, and digital traffic data and identifies opportunities from thorough analysis.
?Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with graphics department.
?Project manage marketing and creative projects as assigned by Manager, Corporate Marketing.
?Database management; Marketo, Salesforce and other marketing databases.
?Implement marketing efficiency programs and automated tools (Marketo, Raven Tools, HootSuite, etc.).
?Plan events and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements; establishing contacts; coordinating mailing lists all thought defined events strategy.
?Provides Partner Portals support by collaborating with internal teams on Franchise/Client Portal migration to SharePoint and arranging the hand-off with Client Management.
?Own formal RFP responses and project management with support from Manager, Corporate Marketing.
?Coordinate Holiday Campaigns with Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer.
?Update and maintain Marketing PlayShare tasks, dashboard and libraries.
?Manage US Bank Corporate Marketing card expenses.
?Monitors project budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
?Proactively updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading trade publications.
?Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
?Fosters cross-departmental and Senior Leadership team relationships through excellent communication and service.
?Understanding the Customer
?Initiative, Planning, and Financial Skills
?Experience with Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Marketo
Education and Training:
?Bachelor?s degree ? Business preferred
?2-4 years related experience
?Prior agency experience highly preferred

?Must be able to turn around projects quickly and accurately
?Meet deadlines and work under pressure
