To accelerate our growth, we are adding a resourceful and skilled Marketing Coordinator to our team. This position will report to our Director of Marketing, is located in our headquarters in San Bruno, and requires limited travel.
The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing and sales teams. Primary responsibilities include:
Managing and maintaining the quality of the data in our salesforce automation system (NetSuite), including assisting in contact and pipeline updates from the sales team
Managing, posting, and updating materials in our content management and collaboration tools (Confluence)
Marketing support ? including website updates, expense tracking, meeting planning, project management for marketing programs and deliverables, etc.
Focus on lead gen activities & reporting
Support for events, including external industry and trade events as well as internal meetings and the annual Nomis Forum
Social media - Strategize with the management team on incorporating relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture, increase visibility membership and traffic across verticals and implement and manage social media programs, and measure the impact of social media on the overall marketing efforts.
Experience / Qualifications:
BA/BS in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in marketing
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to initiate, develop, and strengthen effective working relationships, foster mutual trust, and achieve results
Attention to detail
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experienced using and maintaining sales force automation and content management tools
Knowledge of graphics programs (Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign) a plus
Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Basic HTML knowledge a plus
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to ?think on your feet?
Strong team contributor willing to do what it takes to get the job done
