The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in various areas including webinars, website, data cleanup and other marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities?Manage WebEx logistics for marketing webinars, including setup, hosting, issuing CPE certifications and creating spreadsheet for analyzing results
?Work with marketing operations to update website landing pages
?Perform miscellaneous data entry and web research
?Daily data cleanup: scrub lists, update invalid emails and phone numbers
?Update and maintain email and webinar statistics spreadsheet
Requirements?Bachelor?s degree in marketing, business or related fields
?1-2+ years of experience within a marketing department
?Experience working with Salesforce.com, WebEx, Marketo or related marketing business applications is desired
?Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to communicate effectively
?Ability to effectively manage multiple and diverse projects simultaneously
?Advanced Excel skills (i.e. formulas, pivot tables, etc.) is desired
?HTML/CSS skills is a PLUS
