The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for increasing the overall effectiveness of the Marketing Department by providing exceptional logistical, program management and project coordination support. All work generated within the marketing department should have eInstruction?s end customer in mind, and support the company?s sales goals and objectives.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Serve in a supporting role to the Director of Segment Marketing and the creative services team as needed.
Track production and ensure on-time delivery of all marketing projects.
Create, assemble contributions for and produce semi-monthly channel partner communications; write articles for the communications as needed.
Coordinate media schedules and timely delivery of advertising materials.
Work closely and effectively with the creative services team to insure on-time delivery of high quality, consistency, and well-branded creative products.
Code and submit invoices for payment.
Maintain direct mail suppression lists.
Facilitate weekly marketing project meetings.
Organize and coordinate project source meetings.
Support sales and channel relationships by:
Providing materials for onboarding new channel partners.
Coordinate and track regional marketing campaigns.
Maintain and track regional sales budgets for marketing expenses.
Review and approve PROMOTE (co-op) expenses for channel partners.
Provide base level support for the eI market storefront.
Coordinate logistics of regional trade shows including space reservations, marketing support, payment processing and providing of on-line requirements such as company overview and logo.
Updating marketing databases and generating reports as needed.
Other assigned duties as required.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
3+ years? experience in marketing.
Ability to communicate in an appropriate and effective manner with customers and team members.
Outstanding writing and editing skills.
Background in education marketplace is preferred.
Ability to utilize MS Office applications and Company interactive products to enhance communication.
Demonstrated functional proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Ability to use ACT database software, Company ERP and desktop publishing software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized/strong attention to detail.
Strong multi-tasking ability.
Willingness to accept direction and follow company policies/procedures/instructions.
Initiative to follow through on assigned tasks.
Practices good judgment.
Maintains excellent work ethic and high integrity at all times.
Monitors and follows through on daily, weekly and monthly goals and projects
BS or BA degree required with a concentration in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
