Marketing Coordinator Mesmo, Inc.
Primary Responsibilities Manage email communications initiatives for Marketing Department Work with copywriter and creative team for elements.
Handle delivery of messages by generating, formatting and loading email assets into Email Service Provider tool.
Track email deliverable and open rates.
Share ideas on ways to improve email campaigns.
Work with marketing team to help plan and execute monetization, promotion, and VIP program initiatives. Inform marketing, product and customer service of campaign execution and what their departments can expect.
Utilize Business Objects and Microsoft Access queries for campaign reporting
Coordinate internal design requests and maintain Design Dashboard
Manage social media calendar and posts
Assist with programming promotional offers and supporting assets.
Assist with writing and deploying surveys to key customer segments. Track findings and share with marketing, product and customer service teams.
Work effectively with co-workers, customers and others by sharing ideas in a constructive and positive manner.
Listen to and objectively consider ideas and suggestions from others
Keep others informed of work progress and honor commitments to meet timetables.
Address problems and issues constructively to find mutually acceptable and practical business solutions
Awareness of industry, competitors and opportunities
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing or related discipline
Passion for online gaming and competition
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Marketing or equivalent role preferred
Solid analytical skills and the ability to identify trends and patterns
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong project and time management skills with a proven ability to influence others
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented, and proven ability to multi-task
Ability to prioritize, communicate with department and execute on schedule
Familiar with HTML, Dreamweaver, Excel, and Email Service Provider programs a plus
