Telerik is looking to hire a Marketing Coordinator to support the design and events team who are based in Waltham, MA!
If you were a part of our team, here are some things you would have done last week as a Marketing Coordinator:
? Supported the events team by executing all production orders
? Assisted production artist in nurturing current vendor relationships
? Worked hand in hand with distribution vendors to ensure shipment processes are flawless
? Collaborated with the events and design teams to coordinate & track schedules with print and promotional vendors
? Kept an updated budget of all production orders for each brand
? Organized and shipped materials for promotional sales campaigns and marketing events
? Produced orders for marketing campaign prizes and brand promotions
? Maintained an ongoing swag inventory for the marketing team both in house and with distributors
? Oversaw multiple shipments and event calendars while maintaining Telerik?s high expectations and mentality to ?Deliver more than expected?
You will be the person who has:
? Bachelor?s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
? Excellent organizational and communication skills
? Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
? Strong work ethic with the ability to successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks
? Exceptional ability to learn new skills and interest in potential growth within events department
? Down-to-earth, creative, driven and friendly personality
? Ability to thrive in fast paced work environment
? Ability to lift up to 50lbs
