You concept, create and deliver copy that stirs people to action through print, email and on the web. You work collaboratively with your fellow creative, writing, proofreading and editing, to deliver your finest wares to our internal clients. We are all about the small business customers we serve. We need you to help us tell their stories and help other small business owners see why they should choose Infusionsoft.
Responsibilities Include:
Develop concepts and write copy for all marketing projects
Provide creative and strategic insight regarding copy approaches, calls to actions, follow-up strategies and promotional strategies
Develop SEO-friendly web content that maximizes opportunities for indexing, ranking, click-throughs and conversion
Write copy for email nurture campaigns, lead follow-up campaigns, etc.
Write copy for direct response campaigns
Collaborate with video team to create meaningful stories that capture the success of our small business customers
Write content targeted at small business owners
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to take on our brand voice in your writing
Ability to take feedback about your work
Familiarity with AP style
Highly-collaborative and able to work with a wide range of personalities
Strong listening skills
Strong background in writing for the web and SEO
3 years of experience writing marketing materials
Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to craft a well-told story

Ideal Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (marketing, journalism, advertising, communications, etc.)
Experience writing for software or technology companies
Experience working with small businesses or have a small business background
Travel
