The Marketing CRM & Program Manager works with the sales and marketing leaders to create and manage campaigns that allow our sales team to more effectively target and sell to customers in our target market. This position is also responsible for leading the marketing team?s use of Marketo (Marketing CRM) to ensure consistency and best practice use across all products. Responsibilities:
Plan and execute creative quarterly sales programs and campaigns that allow our sales team to more effectively target prospects in our marketing database.
Create multi-touch sales scripts and emails packaged for each campaign and ensure all toolkits are available in Salesforce.
Build Salesforce tracking (reports, dashboards) to watch and manage success of each program.
Work with sales managers to generate enthusiasm and participation for each program with contests that drive the right behaviors and activities for success.
Work in Salesforce and Marketo to generate reports, tracking and nurturing programs specific to each campaign.
Work with 3rd party consultant to define best practices for use of Marketo across all products. Ensure marketing database is clean and there is uniform use of Marketo across the entire marketing team.
Act as the team Marketo expert and as a resource for the rest of the team as needed. Build nurturing programs based on Marketo best practices and with content sourced from each marketing specialist / product owner.
Own Marketo RCA to track success and ROI of all marketing campaigns across all products. Build programs and reports so product owners and management can easily track ROI of marketing investments.
Skills and Knowledge:
Experience creating prospect and customer facing messaging and defining marketing and sales campaigns.
4+ Years working in a marketing function ideally generating leads for a sales team.
2+ years of experience using Marketo and Salesforce.
Strong project management skills, attention to detail and comfort with writing all kinds of marketing materials.
