Marketing - Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) EMN8
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED EMN8, Inc., the leading provider of digital engagement platforms for the multi-unit restaurant industry, is seeking a marketing all-star to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for our clients.
? Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns - including email, SMS, social and display
? Write message content and manage creative process for campaigns
? Develop test-and-learn plans to improve deliverability, customer engagement and client sales
? Perform list segmentation and manage list hygiene
? Analyze results and report on key performance indicators for CRM initiatives
? Minimum 2 years in customer acquisition / engagement marketing for a consumer brand. Additional experience in the field is a plus.
? Experience with email and SMS providers, as well as reporting tools such as Google Analytics
? Must have a proven track record in digital marketing
? Ability to manage multiple projects and operate collaboratively within a cross functional team
? MS Excel expertise ? logical functions, lookups, and pivot tables
? MS Power Point expertise ? design, formatting, layout and presentation strategy
? Must be passionate about data and analytics ? experience conducting deep data dives, analysis and reporting ins required
? Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Must hold a basic understanding of HTML and be able to make minor edits
? Demonstrated strength in planning, organizing and project management.
? Ability to function autonomously, be a self- directed and self-motivated, dynamic, and decisive.
? Bachelor?s degree in Marketing or Communications
? Experience executing text message marketing and display ad campaigns a plus
? Experience executing marketing programs for the restaurant industry a plus
