Marketing Data Analyst Intronis Technologies
The Data Analyst will play a critical role on our new Data Operations team, sitting at the intersection of marketing and sales. They will work closely with the sales team on devising their daily calling strategies, gain feedback on what?s working and not working, and track productivity and efficiency metrics. The Data Analyst will ensure that the marketing programs are delivering the right number of high quality leads and process them efficiently to the sales team for follow up and closing in alignment with the go-to-market strategy. Further, the Data Analyst will be responsible for the overall health and growth of the contacts database to support the marketing nurturing and sales calling strategies.
As a newly created position, the Data Analyst will be responsible for creating a process for efficient hand off of leads from marketing to sales, and testing processes, all while devising the metrics and analysis that will showcase the value of the structured database driven calling approach.
Develop and implement a structured calling strategy to provide the sales team with the right number of daily qualified contacts to call, while creating a closed feedback loop between the demand gen and calling teams.
Manage the segmenting, cleansing, and maintenance of the contacts database to support the marketing nurturing and sales calling strategies.
Develop reporting structure to provide metrics and analysis to show the effectiveness of the data strategy.
Work with the marketing team to scale contacts Database through inbound and content marketing strategies.
Identify appropriate list purchase vehicles, procure lists, import and append in concert with nurturing strategy.
Manage (or execute) Spider/Scraping activities. Optimize program to ensure contact development efforts are delivering right contacts at the right pace to the marketing and sales funnel.
Develop and implement a Database segmentation strategy.
Maintain the overall health of the contact database including de-duping, cleansing, and appending.
Work with SalesForce/Marketo to ensure right data is captured and right data is presented to sales to support calling efforts. Devise/develop new tooling as required.
Create lead scrubbing process to ensure best leads are processed rapidly and poor quality leads are removed or remediated.
Create structured calling plans for sales AE?s to follow each day.
Create dashboard of core KPIs to report on effectiveness of database efforts. Includes database health, database growth, sales effectiveness, sales efficiencies, among others to be determined as part of the above plans.
A Bachelor?s degree with 2 ? 3 years of experience in a sales operations or marketing operations role.
A deep analytical mindset to see the data behind business problems. Ability to develop data driven solutions.
Big thinker who is excited by the prospect of a blank canvass to create a function and process from the ground floor.
Experience with Marketo and SalesForce or other CRM marketing automation platform.
PHP or other scripting language a plus.
