Marketing Data Analyst Job Description
The Marketing Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and updating TOA?s global prospect and customer database with key information that will aid our lead generation and revenue creation efforts.
This will include:
In-depth research and data collection on TOA's global business targets (by geography and industry)
Offloading and aggregating data from multiple databases
Creating a master file to manage project
Identifying data gaps and inconsistencies and fixing them
Recommending other data enhancements
Use tools like InsideView, Hoovers, Salesforce.com, HubSpot, LinkedIn, etc. to complete project.
Under supervision of the Manager, Global Demand Generation, move data back into production
Must have demonstrated ability to find information in a timely manner on the internet
Knowledge of CRM tools, especially Salesforce.com is a plus
Knowledge of business database tools like InsideView, Hoovers, LinkedIn is a plus
Must be proficient using office productivity tools, especially Excel or similar spreadsheet tool
Bachelor?s degree ideally in marketing, communications or public relations
