What We?re Looking For:
The Marketing Data Analyst will conduct advanced analytical research and development. This is a highly quantitative role that requires analytical aptitude, strong programming skills, intellectual curiosity and the ability to communicate results effectively. Key responsibilities include:
Predictive modeling and segmentation to support prospect scoring and consumer targeting.
Workflow optimization and scheduling to support sales operations.
Data exploration to identify drivers & trends within our business.
Hypothesis generation, test design, survey research and analysis.
Ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed.
Things That Should Be in Your Background:
Bachelor?s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science or similar quantitative field required; Graduate degree preferred.
Knowledge of applied statistics and data mining techniques.
2-4 years of experience working with advanced analytic techniques such as multivariate statistical analysis, clustering, segmentation, optimization and text analytics.
Working knowledge of SAS, R, MATLAB, Python or SQL.
Comfort working on multiple projects at once and with dynamic data sets.
Attention to detail and the desire to help grow a business unit.
