Description
Global 360 is seeking to add an experienced Marketing Operations Analyst to our Marketing Team. This position is accountable for managing the quality of data available in both Eloqua and Salesforce and is responsible for all marketing data analysis, reporting and worldwide sales force automation system training. The person in this role will ensure that all lead, opportunity and company information is accurate, linked and complete. This person is also responsible for optimizing the number of leads progressing through our systems, ensuring lead engagement during the qualification, sale and close cycles. As a secondary function, assist with supporting the sales team in the daily use of our Salesforce and Eloqua applications and assist with testing new system enhancements before they are rolled out into production. This person will be providing direct support to the Marketing and Sales teams and interact with various functions inside the company in pursuit of their responsibilities. This person will also provide input on how to help the company improve; increase the output, quality and results in pursuit of company goals and objectives.
The position requires excellent data analysis skills and experience, solid system and analysis tool experience and in-depth knowledge, be accurate and pay attention to detail, be very responsive to requests, excellent verbal and written skills, excellent presentation skills and very good interpersonal and relationship building skills. It also requires a thorough understanding of the sales process and how to analyze data from the lead to sale close stages.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of four years of marketing data analysis and sales system training experience.
A minimum of four years' experience with sales automation systems, specifically Salesforce.
A minimum of two years in a marketing environment with an understanding of the marketing discipline and related data requirements. Experience with Eloqua and an Eloqua integration with Salesforce is preferred.
Must have conducted system training sessions internal to a company or externally to customers.
An understanding of data structure, analysis techniques, relational databases, system querying and reporting.
The ability and experience with developing reports, analyze data and making recommendations on process and system changes.
Must have extensive proven experience with, and in-depth skills using MS Excel on a daily basis.
Ability to interact with many different types of individuals, including different levels of management, technical and administrative contacts.
Be a self-starter, motivated, enthusiastic and optimistic
Candidate must have real-world software industry experience.
Must have strong written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
Extensive computer skills including the following operating systems, software programs and technologies / applications: Windows, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, customer relationship management (CRM) applications, sales force automation applications (Pivotal SFA and Saleforce.com), Eloqua, MS Access and MS SQL (or other relational databases) and related general computer skills.
EDUCATION
Bachelors degree preferred), plus a minimum of four years' experience in the high technology / software industry in a position similar to described above.
