| Description: | Job Summary As the Marketing Database Analyst, you will play an integral role in supporting the Marketing and Sales teams. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and publishing weekly reports and forecasts. In addition, you will create, maintain, and publish a new critical school feedback database. To be successful, you need to have excellent analytical skills plus experience conceiving and maintaining MS Access/Excel databases and models. The Marketing Database Analyst role is the ideal role for an individual interested in applying strong analytical and database skills to challenging world of online marketing and lead generation. All Star is a fast-paced company and we are looking for someone who is a self-starter and motivated by making a difference Responsibilities: - Maintain and publish current school historical and forecasting reports - Develop and implement next generation forecasting methodology and database - Build and maintain new lead quality database and reports - Publish timely and accurate ad hoc reports based on aforementioned databases Requirements: - Bachelors degree with analytical emphasis (mathematics or statistics a plus) - 3+ years of work experience - 2+ years experience working with large datasets and complex models - Strong quantitative and analytical skills - Must be expert in MS Excel and MS Access (or similar database app) - Ability to QA and reality check model output - Goal oriented and timeline focused - Able to work independently with limited supervision, but recognize the right time to ask questions or input |
