Marketing DirectorWe are seeking a Marketing Director to drive our marketing efforts for our CircleBack product. The Marketing Director will develop and execute marketing programs to promote CircleBack and report to our CEO.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to shape the marketing efforts for an exciting startup!
Responsibilities
--Plan and execute marketing programs to acquire and retain users across various online and offline
--Manage and improve the www.circleback.com website
--Monitor, engage, and optimize CircleBack's presence across social media channels
--Manage relationships with partners and vendors such as ad agencies, PR agencies, and marketing vendors (e.g., video, online advertisements, etc.)
--Measure, test, and optimize all marketing activities to maximize overall return on marketing investment
We seek an outstanding talent who will bring the depth of academic and technical experience along with the personal qualities well suited for the challenge. The candidate should have a minimum of eight years professional experience in a product company or technical consulting firm.
Academic Experience
The candidate should have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, computer science or related field.
Technical Experience
--Eight or more years of experience developing and executing online marketing initiatives
--Excellent communications skills with experience developing marketing copy for web sites and web advertisements.
--Experience using site analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Coremetrics, or Omniture
--Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and other Office applications

--Strong service mentality -putting the needs of others ahead of personal objectives is core to the company's culture and this position's success
--Highly entrepreneurial, resourceful and results-driven.
