We are a growing company with ambitious goals ahead of us. In order to accomplish those goals, we need to solidify and promote our brand and engagement with our target audience. Our audience is vast and currently includes B2B marketing strategies but will now also expand to B2C as well. Within this role you will work closely with the C-suite and business partners in creating integrated digital marketing strategies across all media disciplines/platforms and evaluating data. As a Marketing Director you will be responsible for planning, developing, managing and implementing communications strategies, as well as lead generation, brand building, media management and content creation. As a skilled storyteller you will bring our brand to life through the development of compelling creative integrated content and support lead generation campaigns.
This position will also manage the creative design and production of branded collateral and support materials across multiple touch points (print, digital, social, promotions, and trade show events).
Here are some of functions this role will contribute to:
Support and further develop our innovative 360 degree media programs, e.g. events/thought leadership platforms/social outreach/programs/service offerings for the marketplace.
Oversee all of the components of campaign implementation and measurement to ensure 360 integration for maximum impact.
Be responsible for monitoring and measuring campaign Return on Investment (ROI).
Work with sales leadership to elevate awareness of our brand, create campaigns, decks and packages that will help sales revenue soar.
Continually analyze the marketplace and competitive activity to develop appropriate marketing programs and messages. Provide the analysis that will help us better establish our differentiation among competitors.
Create, manage and administer the marketing communications budget.
Plan, assign, prioritize and track the execution of multiple projects to meet aggressive deadlines
Direct internal and external creative resources on the execution of Branded marketing materials, which includes influencing the development of copy and content.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and benefits, to understand brand objectives and market positioning, to develop and execute integrated marketing programs designed to support brand/customer acquisition initiatives.
Research and coordination of market positioning and event participations such as industry trade shows.
The ideal candidate should satisfy the following criteria.
Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing
5+ years of solid Integrated Marketing, Digital Marketing and/or Marketing Communications experience (at an agency a plus).
Understanding of search marketing, analytics, email marketing, lead generation
Proven track record in new business development, acquisition or lead generation
Experienced digital marketing professional with an applied understanding of digital display, SEO/SEM, social media, B2C websites, email marketing, mobile and CRM
Experience with content development and brand building.
Extremely detail-oriented, highly organized with excellent time management skills - self-directed and able to multi-task.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly, concisely and effectively with peers, subordinates and senior management.
Team player with a can-do attitude and a focus on problem solving.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, entrepreneurial work environment that is growth oriented, fast-paced and serves multiple channels of distribution.
Experience with the Affordable Care Act, Employee Benefits Insurance or Healthcare Marketplace a huge plus!
