POSITION SUMMARY:
netForensics is seeking a Marketing Director to oversee all facets of marketing including strategic plan development, public relations, budget management, lead generation campaigns, product marketing, events management and managing the netForensics web presence. This position requires an experienced professional who is adept at B2B IT marketing strategy, yet is comfortable rolling-up their sleeves to manage plans through to execution.
Primary responsibilities of this role include creating and managing programs that generate qualified leads for the netForensics sales team, supporting our rapidly expanding global MSP and channel, and creating content in support of our new security-as-a-service product lines. Additionally, this position manages marketing operations functions including marketing data management and analysis, Salesforce.com integration with Eloqua, and sales lead reporting. The Marketing Director will manage email campaigns, oversee Google AdWords and enhance website search traffic.

DESCRIPTION:
Develop and manage effective demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline growth and fuel the success of our channel partners
Design and execute webinars, nurture campaigns, online and off-line events, seminars and telemarketing projects
Develop best-practice communications to support online campaigns including copywriting emails, online landing pages and newsletters
Create and maintain marketing collateral, presentations, demos and case studies to support direct and channel marketing programs
Work cross-functionally with sales and product management teams to schedule and deliver marketing programs
Manage Marketing product launches including public relations, customer announcements and collateral development
Oversee all elements of lead management; ensuring proper assignment, scoring, and tracking
Provide lead, opportunity, and pipeline visibility, create custom reports in Salesforce.com, identify data challenges and provide key marketing metrics to the executive team
Manage demand creation solution, Eloqua; execute list testing, email sends, and campaign reporting
Source and generate vertical database list pulls for outbound email and calling campaigns, create calling scripts
Oversee the management and rebuild of the netForensics website; engage with technology partners to increase website traffic and new visitors
Manage netForensics Social Media properties
Manage Google paid search campaigns and SEO vendor; create ad copy, landing pages, and data integration with Eloqua platform
Coordinate logistics of netForensics tradeshows; direct pre-event operations including: secure on-site services (audiovisual, furniture, etc.), event staffing, collateral, agendas, etc.
Desired Skills & Experience
QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of 6 years in B2B IT marketing is required, preferably in the security sector
Proven track record in Product and Corporate marketing is required
Demonstrated ability to deliver results with outsourced resources is required
Demonstrated ability to drive and execute successful outbound/demand generation programs to the IT community is required
Experience in marketing a Cloud-based solution is highly desirable
Expertise in the fields of online, direct and event marketing
Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
Experience in IT security product marketing is a plus
Bachelor?s degree in marketing, business, communications or related field required. MBA preferred.
Strong knowledge of Marketing Automation and CRM solutions is required.
Working knowledge of Eloqua or a comparable lead rating program is highly desirable
Strong analytical and communications skills; capable of understanding and interpreting complex technical concepts and marketing
10% travel is required for this position
This is not a remote position. The role requires daily presence in our Edison, NJ office.
