Develop a multi-channel marketing strategy for the Women?s division based on consumer segmentation and insights
Collaborate cross-functionally with Acquisition, CRM, Creative, Editorial, Business Development, Public Relations, and Merchandising to execute marketing plan
Execute tactics to grow awareness, traffic, engagement, and conversion to achieve Women?s monthly revenue targets, including compelling sale events, integrated partner marketing, and promotional offers
Manage marketing calendar in partnership with central marketing, editorial, and merchandising that depicts daily marketing initiatives as well as off and on-site promotional strategies
Lead development of customer segmentation based on motivational and purchasing behaviors of the Women?s shopper; leverage key insights to optimize merchandising and marketing decisions
Develop and execute creative briefs for all on-site and advertising communication based on consumer segmentation and insights
Regularly measure and communicate performance of marketing campaigns, tests, and initiatives
Develop & deliver monthly demand overview, including past results, key business learning, and revenue forecast for Women?s to senior executive team
Manage Senior Manager, Partner Marketing of Women?s to develop and implement a full-fledged brand partner marketing strategy
Recommend and manage marketing budget dedicated to Women?s business
Lead product marketing efforts for select technology initiatives
Bachelor's degree
5 - 7 years of experience in ecommerce marketing and/or consumer marketing
Strong understanding of campaign performance metrics across online marketing channels: SEO, SEM, paid display, mobile, social, affiliate, and CRM
Excellent influencing, communication, and presentation skills
Experienced in developing and executing creative briefs and marketing plans
Strong analytical capabilities and comfort with retail as well as online metrics
Ability to generate and quickly execute upon the synthesis and analyses of extensive data
Self-motivated, scrappy and highly results-driven
Outstanding project management and cross-functional leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities with limited resources
Strong proficiency in Excel modeling, PowerPoint presentation development, and web analytics
Passion for the Women?s consumer a plus
