THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED POSITION OVERVIEW: The new Marketing Graphics Design & Content Creation Specialist will be part of a growing team responsible for brand marketing & PR, digital UI/UX design, direct & digital marketing, sales & advisor support, and product & business development for the firm's award-winning Financeware goals-based financial planning SaaS software for the wealth management industry. This new position brings creative out-of-the-box thinking and tech savvy expertise in-house for the first time to focus on a major planned design and content transformation throughout the firm to deliver highly visual & stylistic design innovations and rich, intuitive user experiences. LOCATION: This new position is based in the Company's headquarters in Richmond, Virginia.
COMPENSATION: This new position will receive a competitive compensation package tailored to the candidate's experience level including a base salary, comprehensive benefits, and the potential for a bonus incentive.
REPORTING: This new position will report to Noelle Owenby, Wealthcare's AVP of Marketing.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS: We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated, forward thinking, highly creative, stylistic and tech savvy team player who is eager to learn quickly, adapt and multi-task as needed to help create and implement significant UI/UX graphics design and content innovations that will differentiate the firm's brands and capture the imagination of advisors and their clients with rich and intuitive digital user experiences.
Minimum of 2 years experience leveraging leading-edge UI/UX graphics design techniques and innovative content creations that intrusively break through the clutter and noise, build a differentiated brand image, and deliver rich and intuitive user experiences. Optional ideal experience within the financial services industry in brand marketing, advertising, product design or digital UI/UX design, including working with wealth management or financial advisors and the industry's unique regulatory compliance guidelines.
Track record of eagerness to learn quickly and contribute as part of a winning team.
Excellent communication skills and friendly personality to easily engage with cross-functional team members, financial advisor customers and their client investors.
Exceptional time and project management skills with the ability to multi-task.
Proven ability to take initiative and quickly create, influence and implement change improvements.
