What We're Looking For:
The Marketing Implementation Manager will own Marketing operations, processes and procedures that keep the Business Development team operating effectively. This individual will have a solid understanding of business systems such as Salesforce.com, Tableau Server and Google Analytics. A successful candidate will implement media campaigns, analyze performance with an eye for optimization and ensure that 2U?s systems work together. Additionally, the Marketing Implementation Manager will be responsible for maintaining and building out internal and external vendor relationships that are key to the success of our business.
Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Execute on established deals with high sense of urgency
Measure all key channel metrics inclusive of: subject lines, copy, graphics, open rates, CTR?s, and lead track
Follow up with appropriate parties to ensure lead tracking accuracy; monitor tracking links and landing pages
Communicate daily updates and changes to Marketing Analysts and other internal stakeholders
Be creative, ideate and contribute ideas, specifically on process improvement
Lead and facilitate discussions with all key stakeholders to aid in new business opportunities
Facilitate the definition of scope, deliverables and objectives for new business development initiatives
Structure and organize project work teams; establish milestones and timelines; engage appropriate resources
Things That Should Be in Your Background:
2+ years of hands-on deal implementation or project management for a business development, marketing or agency unit
2+ years working in business development or agency account management / strategy
Proven ability to effectively summarize and present information
Strong analytical, problem-solving and a fundamental understanding of business workflows
Strong project management discipline, including development of project plans, assessment and mitigation of risk, effectively meeting management and tracking actions and issues
Strong competency using MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, MS Project and Visio software
