Marketing Intern Her Interactive

Reports To: Marketing Director
Compensation: This is a paid internship.

Summary
Her Interactive seeks an intern to assist the Marketing department in day-to-day activities. This internship would give the intern valuable, real-world experience, as well as providing the Marketing team with additional administrative support.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on the Intern?s experience, abilities and desire to learn. Some examples of responsibilities will include:

Administering and maintaining databases for creative assets and media outlets
Maintaining ongoing social media interactivity and other word-of-mouth initiatives
Implementing and tracking the effectiveness of promotional initiatives and PR efforts
Conducting independent marketing research
Assembling and mailing of press kits and collateral
Providing general support and assistance to the senior members of the marketing team

Requirements
The ideal candidate is currently working towards a BA or MA in Marketing or a Business related field. In addition, the ideal candidate has:

Excellent organizational skills and an acute attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication
Competence in all basic office programs, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to effectively navigate the internet and social media sites for research and promotion
An eagerness to learn, ability to work independently, and readiness for responsibility
Web design experience a plus
Must have an affinity towards the Nancy Drew brand
Must like video games and having fun!
