If you?re a creative, energetic student, we want you on the Trustwave Marketing Team. You?ll get to work with a bunch of cool people on a bunch of awesome projects -- from event management to marketing campaigns. If you know you want to be in marketing, but you?re not quite sure where you want to focus, this internship will let you experience many functional areas within marketing.You?ll Get To:
Help coordinate global events, which could include managing contracts, engaging speakers, run lead reports, create fun packets and more.
Create email promotions and reports that showcase results and recommendations for improvement.
Build and segment databases for targeted campaigns and communications. (It?s easier than it sounds.)
Interact with the other great teams at Trustwave, such as product marketing, sales, finance and legal.
As always, other duties assigned on an as-needed basis.
We Need You To:
Write a one-page persuasive composition on ?Why you?d be a cool intern?
Be working towards (or have) a business, marketing, communications or journalism major. All majors welcome, of course.
Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or professor recommendation. Don?t have a GPA this high? Tell us why you?d still be awesome in your essay.
Show good communication, writing and editing skills, whether working with Trustwave teams or our agencies and freelancers.
Have strong organizational, problem-solving and time-management skills.
Demonstrate work effectiveness, persistence and commitment.
Be able to interact with all levels of management.
Be able to remain flexible and work well in fast-paced work environment.
Maybe have some HTML skills.
