This position is responsible for dispensation of sales leads, auditing sales process adherence, and supporting marketing programs. It includes working collaboratively with sales operations and business development representatives to deliver leads resulting from email and online marketing programs. The individual will be responsible for notifying stakeholders of potential delays and working under minimal supervision on medium-scale projects.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in account profiling and targeted list creation to support sales and marketing efforts through online research and list acquisition
Monitor inbound lead dispensation process by determining high, medium and low priority leads
Audit adherence to established sales processes and report inconsistencies
Troubleshoot and determine root cause of marketing database inconsistencies
Proficient use of Microsoft Excel and aptitude for online research
Goal oriented, detail focused, quick learner, and driven
Desire to obtain marketing operations experience in a fast growing SaaS company
Creatively analyze and solve problems
