up-your-sleeves and get things done, eager, and creative Marketing intern.
You will be an integral part of the marketing team, working directly with our development team, senior creative team, and business leaders to implement key marketing projects. We are growing fast and we need someone who is detail oriented, who understands the difference between the trees and the forest,
and who is comfortable getting thrown into the deep end and trying to swim. We are growing quickly and we need someone who can help us manage an ever-growing list of top priorities and new initiatives and help us complete the right projects at the right time. This individual will be responsible for working
with various teams to create, improve and operationalize 'best in class' end-to-end processes and engagement models for the web team and how they interact with various parts of the organization and outside vendors.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
? Manage cross functional team to drive marketing operations deliverables.
? Assess and prioritize business opportunities and manage realistic expectations.
? Develop possible solutions to improve site experience and functionality, relative to competition.
? Partner heavily with creative and technical leadership counterparts to drive the creation and
development of new initiatives to drive engagement and site conversion.
? Troubleshoot and resolve process issues by working closely with creative, development,
engineering, QA, product, marketing, and business development to remediate quickly and
effectively.
? Conduct user testing and market research.
Skills and Experience
? Bachelors degree from top university with strong extra curricular and grades.
? Process oriented thinker ? Must be able to voice analytical questions to prioritize new initiatives
? Communicator extraordinaire - Must be able to communicate well to all types of people and personalities - management, developers, creative, and vendors.
? Persuasive advocate - Must be able to ensure process concepts and principles are adhered to, must be able to be a voice of reason and authority, make the tough calls.
? Situational Awareness guru ? Must be the first to notice differences and issues as they arise and elevate them to management.
? Enthusiastic energizer? Must be able to effectively energize and engage team members to focus on the top priorities.
? Conflict resolver ? Must be the force behind resolving issues and facilitating discussions or new approaches.
? Team empowerer ? Must be able to lead teams towards self-organization and self-management
? A great sense of humor.
