Marketing listings coordinatorThe marketing listings coordinator will serve as the hub for Redfin?s rapidly growing listings business. You?ll need to be extremely detail-oriented, quick on your feet and pick up new software systems with ease. Real estate agents will be blowing up your email with notifications that they?ve just listed or sold a home, and you?ll be responsible for telling the world about Redfin?s service for sellers.
What You?ll Do
Prep & send emails: whenever a new Redfin listing comes on the market and then again when it sells.
Update onsite messaging & landing pages: we promote our listings & sales to millions of visitors on Redfin through message spots linking to landing pages with more detail.
Show customers why Redfin?s better: our real estate agents need your help pulling data to show potential sellers that we?re active in the local market and that we?ll drive maximum exposure to their listing.
Support experimental listings marketing campaigns: we?ve got a long list of ideas to try and you?ll be there to help us get everything planned and out the door.
Who You Are
Deadly with the details: you?ll be editing SQL queries and raw HTML code so you?ve gotta have an eagle eye for accuracy and precision in everything you do.
Willing to embrace weirdness: you?ve got a lot of quirks, so you?re comfortable working with funky software systems that are everything but straightforward. You learn fast and quickly pick up shortcuts and tricks to streamline processes.
Analytical: there?s a lot of testing potential for the new campaigns we?re running to promote our listings & sales. You?ll be at the center of it all testing email subject lines and content to optimize results.
Smooth operator: requests will be coming in a mile a minute and you?ll need to stay on top of everything, communicate deadlines and track everything through to completion.
Great communicator: you?ll need to work with real estate agents, marketing folks and engineers across the company with style and ease.
College grad: you excelled at a four year school and looking for a fun, fast-growing company with great people who can guide you as you make your mark in the real world.
