Position Summary:
Knowlagent is looking for a Marketing Manager who is driven to create results-oriented marketing as part of an exciting, high-growth technology company.
The ideal candidate is looking to make an impact in a collaborative, supportive environment with their solid marketing experience, analytical skills, creative approach and a get-it-done attitude.
This individual will be responsible for online advertising, search engine marketing, social media, and events. The Marketing Manager will interface with executive management, product teams, sales and agency to market the company, create demand and increase sales velocity.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
? Create and manage demand generation strategies through channels including online advertising
? Manage web site as a central selling tool as well as search marketing programs to generate traffic
? Own metric tracking and strategic evaluation of online marketing initiatives
? Drive improvements to landing pages, site registration, and other key conversion levers
? Manage conferences, tradeshows and company-sponsored events
? Create, execute and manage social media plan
Required Skills and Experience:
? 5+ years of successful experience, including lead generation, social media, SEM.
? Hands-on experience with all aspects of campaign management and tactics including program design, forecasting goals, and tracking performance
? Demonstrated initiative, teamwork and the ability to work with minimal supervision
? A desire to work in a fast-paced environment with varied responsibilities
? Strong oral and written communication
? Excellent follow-through and project management skills
? Expertise in data analysis, tracking conversion rates, analyzing web traffic and keywords as well as recommendations for improvement
? Working knowledge of Salesforce.com and marketing automation tools
? Bachelor?s degree or equivalent in marketing or advertising
? Business-to-business experience preferred
