Cardlytics is seeking a Marketing Manager with hands-on experience across all elements of the B2B marketing communications mix, preferably with experience implementing and managing marketing automation, integrated event-centric campaigns (events, PR, social media, lead gen), and sales support materials and communications. A keen understanding of the digital advertising spectrum, rewards/loyalty programs and/or the retail banking sectors is desired. Cardlytics is the rapidly growing leader of Card-Linked Marketing, a new technology that enables purchase-based targeting through digital banking statements.
Reporting directly to the Director of the Marketing Communications, the Marketing Manager will be involved in the creation of marketing plans, events calendar, campaigns and programs to meet company objectives for lead generation, market awareness, product launches and customer communication. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the company?s external messaging, including industry events, advertising, sponsorships, speaking engagements and the development of related collateral and promotional materials.
Skills & Requirements
? Be a resourceful, self-driven problem solver
? Plan, develop, execute and measure marketing communications strategies to support business objectives for lead generation, market awareness and customer communications
? Writing and message development for collateral material, online content, keynote presentations and speeches
? Create, manage and execute the full mix of marketing communications activities including: public relations, trade shows, industry events, webinars and seminars, social media, advertising, email marketing, and collateral materials including brochures, data sheets, fact sheets, case studies, white papers, newsletters, signage and other sales support tools.
? Conduct market research on, and provide analysis and reports on, competitive companies, products and services
? Assist in supporting CRM
? Close budget management and reporting
? Manage outside agencies and contractors
? Able to travel up to 30%
? BA/BS in Marketing, Communications or related field
? 5+ years of marketing communications experience in B2B advertising, technology or services
? Experience in managing social media presence on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.
? Experience designing pre-during and post trade event campaigns that integrate marketing automation, PR, CRM and advertising
? Experience with email marketing software (like MailChimp)
? Experience with using the basic office productivity tools (Microsoft Office Suite), CRM (Salesforce.com), and a major Marketing Automation Software. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
? Excellent verbal and written communicator
? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small group

? Passionate communicator who excels in oral presentation
