An opportunity now exists for a Marketing Manager, responsible for implementing HighJump?s marketing strategy. We are looking for a take-charge, team-oriented, and results-delivering individual with the right combination of creativity and business acumen, who can manage the development of marketing campaigns, tradeshows/events, collateral, and other marketing functions. The marketing manager manages project teams, creates project plans, and monitors deadlines and budgets to drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Marketing project management and plan development.
Ability to analyze performance versus plans and make necessary adjustments to make sure plans are effective and continue to align with marketing strategy.
Work with analysts, outside firms, and publications to gain insight into market needs ? staying current on industry trends, analyst research, and competitive positioning.
Analyze key competitors? messaging, programs and strategies.
Manage internal system to collect and disseminate market and competitive data.
Assist in creating strategies and sales tools to leverage market data for the benefit of the company.
Bachelor?s degree in Marketing or Business required.
At least seven years of system software marketing experience preferred.
Experience with B2B technology or supply chain software systems preferred.
