The Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategies to support the
company?s marketing and sales goals. This person will partner with Sales, Product Management, and the rest of the
Marketing Team to develop and implement plans with the support of the digital designer and Marketo data administrator.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
? Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns to drive awareness, increase sales,
and create loyalty. Provide direction in the implementation of marketing plans, including email, Web, and social
media. Develop, create, and manage timelines and project workload for initiatives.
? Develop and implement online marketing campaigns to drive new leads and trials, including email
marketing, Web marketing, newsletters, SEO, social media.
? Recommend and manage updates to corporate website to increase overall website effectiveness and
? Manage existing and new email marketing programs, with an emphasis on testing to optimize the
effectiveness of campaigns.
? Analyze campaigns, Web metric trends, and provide fast, accurate reports to improve and/or add
functionality in order to gain the best ROI for the organization.
? Conceptualize and execute marketing creative, including collateral, sales tools, presentations, case studies,
white papers, and email. Immerse in all aspects of the creative process, including conceptualizing how and
when to use marketing materials and capture the target audience. Brainstorm and work with internal resources to
execute new marketing ideas.
? Work collaboratively with Marketing and Sales teams to identify and support marketing plans and tactics to
achieve sales objectives. Research, recommend, and develop new marketing ideas.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND ATTRIBUTES
? Must have an undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communications, or other related field.
? 3+ years? experience in marketing manager or specialist role.
? Strong knowledge/experience in marketing, with particular emphasis on integrated marketing solutions
? Proven experience in developing, creating and analyzing online marketing campaigns, including email and
? Ability to perform in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
? Proven experience in managing multiple projects and working cross-functionally within an organization
? Process oriented
? Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
? Above-average listening, written, and verbal communications skills
? Demonstrated ability to think strategically as well as tactically; ability to ?think outside of the box."

answer telephone, look at computer screen. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance
