Marketing Manager Core Security Technologies

CORE Security is seeking a marketing professional to lead our efforts to develop, launch and market CORE's Solutions. The role includes Solution development, sales and partner enablement, external launch efforts, thought leadership and content marketing, as well as support for lead generation. Expanding our Solution offerings is critical to our company's success.
This person will be responsible for a set of Solutions to ensure they are well-defined, differentiated, and communicated. The Marketing Manager will work closely with sales, the partner ecosystem, product management, corporate marketing, demand generation marketing and other teams to drive differentiation in existing Solutions and launch new Solutions.

Responsibilities:
Drive sales and growth of Solutions within the portfolio
Lead the definition and development of Solutions, including defining strategic assets and working closely with product management and/or partner ecosystem in defining technology assets
Conduct market analysis and business case development for Solutions
Work closely with sales and partner team in enabling effective Solution positioning and definition, including writing and communicating appropriate supporting content
Manage external go-to-market activities for Solution, including communicating with external audiences and developing external-facing content (sales collateral, website copy, whitepapers, etc.)
Support lead generation and public relations efforts associated with Solution, including across different regions
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years' experience in solutions and/or product marketing for a B2B technology company. MBA degree preferred but not required.
Demonstrable experience developing Solution offerings, including definition, launch and sustained differentiation
Proven ability to work with product management and technology partners to define technology offers, including rationalizing build or partner decision-making, and competitive pricing and packaging
Experience with sales and marketing automation platforms - Salesforce.com and Marketo a plus
Creative thinker and excellent communicator, with demonstrable writing and speaking skills
Strong understanding of content marketing, including creative use of multimedia capabilities and social technologies
Demonstrable experience working cross-functionally within a fast-growing company -- and results to prove it
Excellent planning, organization & prioritization skills, with the ability to manage several projects
Highest level of personal commitment to excellence, including a strong work ethic and demonstrable integrity, both in quality of work and relationships with others
